• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 5 days before check-in will receive a full refund.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made 2-4 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

• No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

Date Changes: If you request a date change within 5 days of check-in, the reservation becomes non-refundable. Guests are also responsible for any price differences between the original and new reservation dates.
